Investing considerably in her education and advancement over the years from New York, Miami, Toronto, Vancouver and more brings a larger, more progressive skill set to her clients. Working as an educator, stage artist, makeup artist, mentor, and notable member on Artistic Teams of other known Salons Fran has seen it all.
Developing a keen sense of vision and style interpretation along with a wealth of knowledge combined with her creativity has resulted in the successful stylist she is today. A certified colourist with a passion and enjoyment for the technical and scientific element of colour creativity and transformations is what drives her in her business.
A warm, easy way of communicating and connecting with people along with her diverse skill set has given her the loyalty and incredible bonds she has with her clients. There is a “quirky and playful” side to her personality, sometimes breaking into song or a little dance at her styling-chair. Living in, and enjoying the moment and encouraging others to do the same is her belief.

FRAN, she's amazing, her hands are magic. I got a perm for the first time in a couple of years. I was anxious as usually it burns a lot and always leaves my head so tender due to the chemicals. With Fran though, her hands are so light and soothing and the perm she used didn't burn or cause discomfort as I remembered it to before coming to Salon104. “WOW! After years of searching, I found my hair guru! I had been trying to find a “master stylist” for years before I met Fran (and have been going to see her now for years). I have curly hair with 5 awkward cowlicks that make a thick head of hair go out of control if not treated right. Pre-Fran it seemed that the stylist would fight with my hair, and then I would have to fight with it continually until just before the next cut (I was pretty much a hat guy). I also wear a hard hat for my job and pre-Fran I would have to go from hard hat to baseball cap as the hair did whatever it wanted. But with Fran my hair is just right all the time with little fuss, and it just falls where it should. It is life changing and I don’t wear hats much anymore
Fran is a master with scissors, but that is only part of what she offers. Not only can she tame the beast on my head, but she is just an amazing person that I look forward to seeing and catching up with.
